Tonight daddy went to the movies with some of his friends so mommy and Chloe headed over to Mrs. Angela's house for dinner and some girl time. Some of our other friends where there too. We enjoyed a delicious meal and yummy desserts. The little girls had a good time playing outside on the trampoline while the big girls had fun talking and laughing. Mommy was called the party pooper because we headed home around 9:00. Mommy was the only one there that had to work in the morning. So yes, I was the party pooper. Thanks guys!! LOL.

Busy Night

After I got off work tonight, Chloe & I headed to McDonalds to eat supper & let Chloe play. We didn't stay too long because there weren't any other kids there and Chloe really wanted a "friend" to play with. After we got home mommy had to work on a baby shower cake for Mrs. Christy and so Chloe played on Nick Jr on the computer. She was a very good girl for mommy and I got my cake done very quickly.

Last night Mommy & Chloe both had hair appointments. Mommy went first and got a long awaited hair cut. The hair lady even said I was way over do. We weren't sure what excatly we were going to do with Chloe's hair but we knew we needed something different. Chloe was such a good sport and the perfect little girl while she got her hair cut. I couldn't believe how much we got cut off but I think she looks so much better and much more grown up. By the way, she can't stop looking at herself in the mirror!

Yesterday Mommy got off work early and picked Chloe up from the YMCA. We headed home to get the house cleaned for our company that was coming over. We are trying to have people over to see the house and fellowship with them. Chloe was so excited to have friends over and finally have someone to play with. We had the Polston's, The Paige's and The Diehl's. Mommy cooked lots of desserts for everyone to enjoy. We had cookies, brownies, strawberry shortcakes and an orange weight watcher cake. It was all very delicious. All the girls then went to the play room to play and the adults played scatagoories (did I spell that right?). We had such a good time and we feel like it's so important to have that fellowshiping time with our christian friends.

We'll we came home from the lake today and we all had a wonderful time. We left Friday night to head down there. Uncle Jerry, Aunt Shirley, Mom N. & Granny were waiting for us when we got there. Not too long after we arrived Aunt Shirley wanted us to karaoke on her new machine. Chloe didn't want to at first but she finally warmed up to it and then she wouldn't give up the microphone, imagine that. Saturday morning when we all got up we had a big breakfast and Chloe got to be the "cooker" with Uncle Jerry. She made the gravy and biscuits. She thought she was hot stuff. After that we all headed out to the boat. We had such a good time and loved riding on the boat and swimming. Crazy story, the first time we stopped to swim, I was going to jump in so I took my glasses off and went to hand them to Sarah and she dropped them in the lake! The rest is history! They are now at the bottom of the lake somewhere. So I was blind, couldn't see a thing. Crazy huh? Needless to say I was not to happy the rest of the day and daddy and I headed home Sunday after breakfast to get me some new ones. Mommy got a whole new prospective on being able to see. Chloe stayed behind with Granny and Aunt Sarah to go back out on the boat and they got home later tonight. Besides not being able to see for 24hrs we all had a good time and want to go back real soon.

Tonight when we all got home from work, daddy & Chloe headed to Mr. Andy and Mrs. Beverly's house to swim, play games and eat pizza. Mommy got to stay home to put up laundry and pack for our trip to the lake this weekend with granny, aunt Sarah, uncle Jerry and aunt Shirley. We are all so excited and can't wait to get on the boat.

Happy 8th Anniversary Mommy & Daddy!

Today is mommy and daddy's 8th anniversary. Chloe spent the evening at Aunt Christy's so mommy and daddy could go eat at Famous Dave's, which was really good. They then were able to do some shopping for their gifts. We had a really nice evening. It's hard to believe it's been 8 years. Hopefully there will be many more to come.

Tonight after supper Chloe and I went over to Aunt Christy's to play with Joshua and hang out. All Chloe wanted to play with was Joshua's new pet gerbal, Huber. She thinks it's the cutest thing ever. They just got a ball for him so we got to see him roll around on the floor in his ball. Chloe also loves holding him but mommy doesn't b/c he poops on you. Gross!

Today we had lunch at Granny & Pappy's with some of Aunt Sarah's friends and then Chloe and I headed home. She decided she wanted Joshua to come over and swim with her so we stopped by and picked him up. Mommy cut the grass while the kiddo's played in the pool. Chloe's little friend from across the street also came over to play in the pool. They all got barbie's and played with them in the pool. After they were done they got out and wanted a popsicle. After that they decided to play with the sprayer on the water hose.

Mommy had to get up and go to work but once I got off Chloe and I headed over to The Judd's house for a cookout and swim party with the sunday school class. We all had a good time and Chloe had a ball playing with Paige and Clayton. After we left there some of us went over to The Diehl's hose to swim some more and eat pizza. We had a good time there too but we were all water logged and wore out by the time we got home.
